Remarkable Health Names Drew Schulz As Director Of Corporate Development

4/18/2018 – Scottsdale, AZ – Remarkable Health is proud to announce that Drew Schulz has joined the company as Director of Corporate Development and will lead strategic projects, partnerships, and M&A at Remarkable Health.

Peter Flick, President & Chief Executive Officer, said, “Drew has deep domain experience in uncovering latent value, especially around technology that touches people, making him a strong addition to the company.”

Along with Peter, Drew will lead strategic initiatives to drive outsize value growth at Remarkable Health. Drew stated, “I’m honored and excited to be part of this Remarkable team who have consistently created extraordinary outcomes for customers.”

Prior to Remarkable Health, Drew was Director of Corporate Development at Madison Reed where he led the $25 million Series C fundraise and other strategic initiatives. Drew also spent time at GE Ventures focused on early stage and growth funds’ strategy, was part of the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, and is an angel investor and advisor to several early stage companies. He started his career as a management consultant at ZS Associates and earned his MBA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Amber will work to grow Remarkable Health’s amazing culture, create high performing teams, and further establish the company as one of the top places to work in Arizona. With over 20 years of experience leading HR, Recruiting, and Talent Management Amber is an exciting addition the Remarkable Health family.

In her new role, Amber will work across the organization to own the entire people experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR, training, performance development, team culture and the office experience. At Ace Asphalt, Amber Lead the HR team and dedicated her time to developing and recruiting top talent. Amber also served as the Head of Organizational Development & Talent Acquisition for Centuri Construction Group where she worked with the executive team to strategize and execute talent acquisition and management programs across the organization. Earlier in her career Amber was a Training and Development Manager at Saputo Cheese, USA and National Manager of Training and Development at IPC International.
