Referral Terms and Conditions

Referrals must subscribe to Remarkable Health within 6 months of the referral date. We will pay out the reward after we receive a signed contract from the new customer. Determination of program eligibility and qualifying referrals, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Remarkable Health.

Definition of an Eligible Referrer: To qualify as an “Eligible Referrer: (1) you must be: (a) a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia or Canada, who is 18 years of age or older; or (b) a business operating in the United States

Definition of an Eligible Referral: An “Eligible New Referral” is an individual or business that (1) is not currently, and has never previously been, a ClaimTrak/Remarkable Health customer; (2) is not already registered as a Remarkable Health lead or contact in Remarkable Health’s records.
