Prior to Remarkable Health, Felicia was the Manager of Training for PatientPop, a practice growth solution that created SEO optimized websites for healthcare providers to help them attract more patients and manage their online reputation. Before PatientPop, Felicia was the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance at Kareo, a cloud-based practice management and EHR software company, where she was in charge of all internal training initiatives company-wide and built out a team of quality analysts to ensure all customer facing roles were delivering the best service possible.
